How to Review a Government Solicitation

Government Area: This workshop applies to Federal, State, and Local Government procurement.

Target Audience:  Intended for individuals who want to learn a process for reviewing and submitting an offer for a government solicitation.

Description: This workshop will educate you on government solicitation methods and terms to help you better understand how government agencies conduct procurement.  We will also review a sample government solicitation and show you the steps for effectively reviewing it to help you decide if you want to submit an offer and a process for complying with the terms when submitting your offer.

This workshop does not address the details of how to write and prepare your offer.  It is intended to help you develop a process for making a decision to participate in the opportunity and if you decide to participate, how to develop a Compliance Matrix for submitting a responsive offer.

Learning Objective: To provide you greater understanding and confidence in your solicitation review process.
