If you think all Outlook 2010 can do is manage your email, you’re not taking advantage of the many productivity tools it offers.  Come to this fun, interactive, hands-on session and discover how you can start using Outlook to get and stay organized seven days a week.

In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to:

  • Manage e-mails so they don’t overwhelm you
  • Maintain contacts so they're always at your fingertips
  • Use the calendar to plan your time34
  • Track tasks to keep up with all your projects
  • Plus much more

If you’re an Outlook user and you struggle with getting organized, you don’t have to struggle any longer.  Come to this session, learn new ways to manage your workday and leave with tools you can use immediately.

This training is conducted on PC computers - MAC computers are not used.  Please do not bring your MAC laptops as we cannot offer assistance using them.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain.  Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.

Only service animals allowed - If you need to bring a service animal with you to a workshop please contact us ahead of time.
