If your business/organization is ever faced with an urgent situation that calls for strategic planning or you just need to focus your team on formulating an action plan to accomplish a specific issue, then this workshop is for you.

The Navigating Your Future planning model is built around the assumption that strategic plans have to anticipate change to be truly strategic!  The methodology described has proven to be adaptable to almost any issue where a group has the need to focus, develop and align with a forward-looking, actionable plan in a timely manner.

This workshop includes hands-on exercises that will show you how to deliver a solid strategic plan that is founded on sound business principles while incorporating innovation to cope with  the ever-changing business environment. 

Participants are encouraged to volunteer their real-world issues to the workshop as candidates for the exercises.
