Building a sales team can be challenging but it can also mean success for your business.  As a business owner or sales manager you want to identify and capitalize on the skills of your current sales team. When hiring new team members you want to make sure you fill the gaps not covered by existing personnel. In this session you will learn how to set the competencies you expect each member to have and how to interview and hire the people who have those competencies. You will also receive tips and recommendations for keeping your sales force focused, motivated, and successful.
