It’s January 2, 2015.   Traffic is slow, your store looks shopped, your spring assortment is still in transit, but you are open for business!

Join us as we present a brand new way for you to energize your retail efforts! The Retail Recovery in January Roundtable will allow you to gather with a select group of 15 retailers to discover strategies for managing your store during the January/February recovery months.

Roundtable discussion topics:

  • How to make the most out of a broken assortment
  • Managing aging inventory
  • Capitalizing on customers buying habits
  • Solutions to common merchandising challenges

You will walk away with a shopping bag full of smart retailing practices you can implement immediately.  Don’t miss this opportunity to get ideas, share ideas, and make valuable business connections

Our retail expert, Doug Baumann, will moderate.  With over 20 years of retail experience he will share his “spot-on” tips for starting January off right.
