Practically all businesses rely on contracts.  Contracts with employees, vendors, partners, and distributors are just a few of the many contracts you may have in operating your business.  When you do enter into a contract you want to make sure you have a legally binding document that will ensure it serves the purpose it was created to do.

In this workshop you will walk away knowing the basic legal requirements of a contract in the State of Texas, the two sides to contracts, some steps you can take if you end up in a contract dispute, and types of contract damages.

This workshop is targeted to business owners who have already formed their business entity, company officers, executive directors, and any person in the process of creating a new business with at least six (6) months prior business experience.

Presenters:

Carol P. Keough, Attorney At Law, Barita & Keough Law Firm, PLLC
