Raising money by winning grants is a long-term, never-ending management function of your charitable organization. The process includes prospect research and relationship development, the mechanics of writing the grant proposal, and (for successful proposals) strong grant management including contract compliance, project management, financial management, and evaluation.

This workshop for novice grant writers focuses on the mechanics of proposal writing including how to develop a need statement, outline a proposal narrative, and prepare a project budget.  

Lunch included.
