Job Order Contracting

Job Order Contracting is also known in the construction industry as JOC.  Specialty trade small business construction firms have the opportunity to work JOC projects with several agencies for maintenance and repair jobs.  These opportunities allow small construction firms to grow and develop relationships with Prime contractors and agencies.
 
This workshop will go over the process of qualifying for JOC contractors as a Prime as well as how specialty trades can become pre-qualified to team with JOC Primes.
