Government contractors must begin the sales process early in the Government acquisition process.  A key aspect of competing for business is the activity associated with “capture planning” – identifying opportunities, qualifying opportunities, evaluating competitors, and putting together a “win strategy”.
 
In this session, you will learn the best practices for planning and developing a Capture Plan with your clients – a plan that helps them qualify opportunities and position their solution to win the contract.  You will learn the importance of establishing a “Probability of Winning” number that will help make and effective “bid/no-bid” decision.  You will learn how to use a Capture Planning Template to guide clients through this process.
