The April 30th QuickBooks for Nonprofits workshop will not be held. 


Did you know you can use the number one choice in accounting software to set up and maintain books for your Nonprofit business?  Come to this hands-on class and discover how you can use this powerful tool to track and stay on top of your financials.

  
Highlights include:

  • Setting up a QuickBooks file and chart of accounts 
  • Banking activities including writing checks, making deposits, and reconciling bank statements 
  • Tracking expenses and credit card charges 
  • Tracking revenue through invoices, sales receipts, and payments 
  • Customizing reports for efficient fiscal management

 
This class is taught by Mona Fluitt, a seasoned pro with many years of experience in working with nonprofit organizations.

Prerequisites:

Fundamental knowledge of bookkeeping, including basic accounting terminology.

Before taking this workshop, you should be familiar with personal computers and the use of a keyboard and a mouse.


Please Note:

No one will be admitted to computer workshops later than 10 minutes past the start time. 

This training is conducted on PC computers - MAC computers are not used.

Please do not bring your MAC laptops as we cannot offer assistance using them.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain.  Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
