WordPress is a free and open source blogging tool as well as an easy to use content management system (CMS). It is widely used and holds the distinction of being the Web’s most popular blogging system. This hands-on class will walk you through the steps of creating a WordPress website.

Walk away knowing how to:

Register Your Domain and Choose a Web Host
Configure the WordPress Dashboard
Format the layout using themes
Add image, video, files to the media library
Format page and post content
Use basic plugins
Use the sidebar and widgets

Fundamental knowledge of Word.
