In this information packed session you will discover the most important elements you need in order to start and maintain a successful business.  You’ll receive ideas, tips, and recommendations from entrepreneurs and experts in the field.  You’ll examine core elements of every business including how to evaluate your idea, ways to identify your target market, sources of funding, methods of estimating cash flow requirements, potential tax and insurance implications, plus much more!

As an added bonus you will be given a tour of the UH SBDC research library and learn how you can have research conducted specific to your business for free.  In addition every class includes a visit from an entrepreneur who will share his or her story of how they got started and lessons learned.
